I worked closely with Kseniya testing the Unreal Engine during my time at Epic Games. She proved to be a dynamic and capable leader when managing the test team for the project. For almost a year working in Soter as a Team Lead, Ksenia has built robust processes not only in her team, but within the whole business. Her work helped the business drastically decrease the number of support tickets, improve the quality of product and engineering documentation. She is constantly developing in the field of testing, attending various meetings and seminars. She participated in several reports within the company.

Ksenia and I worked together on a project that involved testing a complex tool—Unreal Engine. She was my Team Lead. What was it like working with her? Amazing! Ksenia always suggested various improvements and activities, both for project processes and for team engagement. For example, we have some really cool custom merch related to Unreal Engine testing. It was incredibly comfortable working with you - I could clearly see how precisely you gathered all the metrics, not just to satisfy management’s obsession with control, but to truly improve processes in the tough conditions of the business. We worked with Ksenia on several projects at Bela Supernove, where she served as a QA professional as well as an in-house coach. In both roles, Ksenia proved herself to be a capable expert. She contributed to and implemented suggestions for automated testing, which helped us stabilize our complex product. During meetings, her support was always evident, and her proactiveness helped strengthen our team spirit. Her assistance was particularly valuable during critical moments. I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with her, and I hope that we'll have the chance to collaborate again someday.

This was my first experience in coaching and the thoughts I heard from Ksyusha were world-changing for me. I came while on maternity leave, with practically no income, and serving other people's needs. After 10 sessions, I went to therapy, tried myself in another profession, found friends, became more confident, and learned to defend boundaries; now, my income is $700. Ksyusha is a very sensitive specialist, highlighting blind spots and growth points 👍

I came with a request for my attitude towards other people and we gradually uncovered the root of why everything makes me so angry at times. I began to listen to myself more, learned to listen to others and not to speak emotionally to my own detriment. I felt some kind of value connection. I needed some kind of push to think about my career, and the conversation with Ksenia was just that. She suggested several practices that will help me make a retrospective of my achievements, told me about her experience of finding a job, and made me think about what I want in general. I liked that the answers were direct, to the point of my question, with examples, competent, clear and not vague. After digesting them a bit, I formed a general idea and specific plans for the near future. Today I even started to implement some of them.
