We worked with Ksenia for one year and seven months. I was her direct project manager on a project that required close collaboration with Epic Games.

Throughout the project, as a leader, she helped build a team and improve processes and interaction with the customer. She was able to perform all the standard duties of a team leader, performed them to an excellent level, was often proactive, and brought ideas to fruition. Ksenia:

I'm glad we got to work together. Ksenia brought a huge contribution to the team as a leader, for which she received several corporate awards. Also, thanks to her skills, the interaction in the team has reached a new level. As her leader, I knew that I could delegate tasks and be confident in their execution.

Kseniya plays a project coordinator role, received several awards within an current account (Change & Innovation Hero, Friend in need at Epic Games Town Hall Spring 2021). She regularly conducted 1-1 meetings with team members. She also improved a lot interpersonal communication in team, was coming up with various non-project activities for team building. She also made daily meetings much more personal, so everyone feels there at home. Organized the automated collection of information about the mood of colleagues, their plans for the day, and other issues, which are automatically sent to the manager and processed as needed, and also automated other processes within the team.

Also she was responsible for staffing process, organizing and conducting interviews, collecting feedback, and making decisions.

Knows processes well, can provide assistance in problems solving. Took cares of the QA team as a team leader and member. Appreciated by clients and supported by teammates. Understood technical terms and could challenge customer beliefs.

She established the project test strategy. Generated a lot of useful ideas to simplify the daily routines for Testers and Leads on the project. Everything became better.

Kseniya has good oral and writing English skills.

Also she contributed in non-project activities (e.g. skill advisory) and found time to learn and improve her knowledge.

Ksenia as a QA expert helped me a lot in building the process of support of graduates in their search for work.

She has:
- gathered trustworthy materials related to testing into a base of knowledge,
- arranged or conducted a large number of training interviews in different formats,
- supervised testing of additional projects by graduates.

All of this is always done on time, sharp and with useful ideas for improving everything around.
